Coilovers!! =D

After doing some research and working out my options, i opted to go with some HSD coilovers.
Plenty of adjustability and some local support if i were to have issues made the choice easy for me.
I went with the HR model. 10kg Front and 8kg Rear spring rates.

Got a chance to get the diff installed along with the axles.

Head Job.

Gotta protect that noggin' of yours.
Tried about 4 or 5 different helmets.
This one felt comfy and was snug.

Time For Engine Install!

Well, after putting it off for a few weeks...i decided to get stuck in one saturday.
Started at 1230pm and ended up having it all done and finished by 430pm.

Engine Returns.

Decided to hand the motor/box over to get it checked out and make sure all is well.
Turns out it needed alittle more fixing than first thought.
Took an entire week to get it all sorted.
I opted to downsize to a s15 turbo set-up.
The larger turbo set-up would have been stupidly laggy for me to learn with.
Also installed a stock plenum after getting cleaned properly.
Still keeping the 550cc injectors and power fc.

More Parts.

Got a few things locally.

The Engine Makes Its May Home.

Well after a few weeks of mucking about, i finally got things sorted and got the motor home.

SR20DET, Gearbox, 2871 turbo, tial 38mm wastegate, 550cc Injectors, Power Fc + Hand controller.
A few other bits and peices also.

Turbo/Manifold/Gate.

A few items.

Started buying up a few things now and then.

Set of rims. Using them for the rears.

Dildo Shifter. Pink To Match The Cage.

Hydro Handbrake.

Axles.

Steering Bush.

And Installed.

Brake Upgrade Progress.

So after a very busy few months ive finally made progress with the brakes.

Taken out everything.

Installed S14 lower control arms, S14 knuckles, GTR32 rotors and calipers, Extended tie rods.

Tie rods still to be installed.

Time For Some Decent Upgrades.

Decided it was time to get onto the decent bits!
First up....Brakes.
Still have a few parts to obtain over the next week or so.
I have the needed bits for the rear brakes so ill start that as soon as i can.

First Pair Of Tyres.

Took the 17x9 rims down to get some fresh tyres.
The first pair out of MANY to come.

Almost Finished Interior.

Well, starting to wrap up the easy bit's.
Windows were removed.
Some D-max fibreglass door trims were offered to me.
After some searching, it seems in a heavy inpact, they break up into massive razor sharp peices and can cause alot of damage to arms and legs.....So i may remove these and replace with other items.

Re-assembly Of Rear End.

Cosmetic stuff at this stage.
Rear lights, garnish and bumper back on.
Glad it's starting to look like a car again.
Also got my Japanese numberplate happening.
Sourcing a numberplate mount atm.

Front Rims.

Going to fit some decent front tyres. So wanted reasonable fitting front rims.
17x9+30
I will be looking into some other type of rims later on, once im out on track for a decent period of time.

Engine Bay Finished.

Got a few coats on during the week.
Glad its done! :)
